With more than three decades of experience in financial services, Carnell Moore has dedicated his life to helping people build stronger futures. As Founder and Senior Life Management Advisor of Vital Guidance, Inc., he has spent more than 32 years empowering individuals and families to make informed life decisions through education, leadership, and financial wellness. A Certified Life Management Advisor, Carnell served six years in the United States Air Force before earning a master’s degree in mass communications, with an emphasis in investor relations, from the University of Florida. Throughout his career, he has held numerous professional licenses and certifications. However, Carnell believes life is about far more than building portfolios. While serving as financial advisor to one of the NFL’s highest-paid players, he saw a greater opportunity to use the power of sports to change lives. That vision led him to found the Premier Players Sports Foundation. Today, Carnell is leading an ambitious effort to build an international sports foundation dedicated to developing Premier Players for Life. The Foundation’s mission is to give children opportunities to participate in sports while developing leadership, character, and a heart for service. Through scholarships, equipment assistance, mentoring, national recognition programs, and community partnerships, the Foundation helps young people discover confidence, purpose, and hope that extend far beyond the playing field. His passion for youth development is rooted in action. For nearly 20 years, he has volunteered as a recreation coach in soccer, baseball, and softball, investing in hundreds of young athletes while sharing weekly devotions with youth and adults. He believes every practice is an opportunity to teach not only the fundamentals of the game, but also integrity, perseverance, teamwork, faith, and leadership. His goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure every child, regardless of circumstance, has the opportunity to become a Premier Player for Life.
